Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime via your customer account or by email. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
What happens after the subscription ends?
The plugin deactivates automatically after expiry. Your collected data stays in the database — you only lose access to new data and the dashboard.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro?
Yes, anytime. You only pay the difference for the remaining period. The upgrade is active immediately.
What is Lifetime and how does it work?
With Lifetime you pay once and use the package forever — no subscription fees, no expiry date. Updates and support are included. Available for Starter, Pro and Agency.
What is the difference to the Launch Deal banner?
The Launch Deal (launch only) is a one-time discount offer on Agency Lifetime or the Agency+White-Label bundle. The regular Lifetime tier in the pricing table remains permanently bookable.
Are updates included in the subscription?

How many sites does a subdomain setup count as?
Each installation of Consenta on a standalone WordPress instance counts as 1 site. Subdomains within a Multisite installation count as 1.
